1.3.6 got no socket stones

nirvana gears / weapons can be reforged to get max sockets

TT starter gears need to craft or create multiple alts to have a chance at getting 4 socket gears/weapons


Recommendation:

go for 7 signs weapons at start along with 3 socket gears from alts 1 account = 8 character creations

G16 and ws has full sockets so no issues there.
